Procedures

1. Fill out the Licensing Application Form at the Municipalities Engineering Departement.

2. Set a date for field inspection.

3. Accompany the Department’s Surveyor for the field inspection.

4. In case any modification occurs on the report of the land survey, the concerned citizen will be requested to take the report back to the Engineering Office.

5. In case the requested license is for a non-residsential project, the report is referred to the Environment Ministry for approval.

6. The report is presented to a committee for decision making.

7. In case of approval, the license is issued and the fees required are determined.

Required Documents

1. Copy of engineering plan, duly signed and stamped by the Jordanian Engineers Association.

2. Recent land site plan (original).

3. Recent location plan (original).

4. Recent deed of ownership (original).

5. Copy of the approval letter of licensing/ license.

6. Approval of partners, if any
